Before you place the order to us, please read the following clauses carefully. You are regarded as agreed upon the following clauses if you paid for the order:

1. Languages: If the buyer don't confirm the language while making the order, English is the default.

2. Pictures: Pictures may be a little different due to the different softwares.

3. Shipping DHL/UPS: some addresses are regarded as remote areas by UPS/DHL. if we check and find it's remote area, we will not send the goods if the buyer don't pay the remote area shipfee. (Usually 30USD)

4. Shipping EMS: Please check if buyer's country have EMS or not before the buyer choose EMS. We have right to change into DHL or refuse to send if there is no EMS in buyer's country. We don't be responsible if any delay caused.

5. As some countries forbid importing the Dreamboxes/mobile phones, the customs of buyer's country may seize the product. We are not responsible for any problems caused by the customs of buyer's country.

6. Declaration: If the buyer don't have a special requirements, We will declare mobile phones as "Sample Gift" or "Handset"; dreamboxes as "Sample gift" or "Set Box", below $30/each on the shipping invoice to avoid tax. We don't have any responsibility if the buyer refuse to pay tax.
